Chris Gaynor is a Neighbourhood Development Officer with Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council, where he has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Before that, Chris had a range of roles in his 25 years with the Civil Service. These included commissioning editor with Careers & Occupational Information Centre; and external relations, marketing and communications specialist roles on schemes including Educational Maintenance Allowance, Individual Learning Accounts and Modernising the Employment Service.
