Fiona is Senior Libraries Development Manager for Cultural Community Solutions Ltd, a not for profit subsidiary of Carillion plc. CCS Ltd manage the library services on behalf of the London Boroughs of Croydon, Ealing, Harrow and Hounslow and Fiona is responsible for leading the development of services including forming partnerships and driving innovation in service delivery.
