Margaret is Hub Director (job-share), Upper Norwood Library Hub. Previously Director of Delivery and Learning, Locality and Head of Service at LSIS. MCIPD qualified and a trained coach, Margaret is creative, enjoys a good challenge and has a strong interest in managing diversity, change management, partnership development, relationship building, learning and people development.
