Vincent Paliczka is Director of Environment, Culture and Communities at Bracknell Forest Council, which is a unitary authority in Berkshire. He has had responsibility for the library service for the majority of his 19 years at Bracknell Forest and also in his previous role at Newport County Borough Council in South Wales. He has had responsibility for cultural services throughout his 29 years working in local authorities and previously held the position of Chair, Chief Culture and Leisure Officers Association.
