Carol is currently Head of Barbican and Community Libraries for the City of London. In the past, she has delivered library services in Tower Hamlets, Camden, Waltham Forest and Redbridge. As well as running great lending libraries, Barbican & Community Libraries staff are also contracted to deliver 2 community centres, a number of frontline housing services and a range of Children’s Centre Services for the City.
