Eileen Russell shares her experience of being a Carnegie Library Lab Partner: Since becoming a Carnegie Library Lab Partner I have grown in confidence and become more future-focused: the experience has been life changing.
Eileen has worked as a children’s specialist in public libraries for over ten years. Her team oversees children’s services across Libraries NI recompensing 96 libraries. She has delivered many family learning programmes throughout some of the most deprived areas of Northern Ireland and is passionate about the benefits of early intervention.
