Howard worked on the project to bring the 2015 Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations into force, where he led the consultation exercise and since then has presented at numerous conferences, workshops and seminars to raise awareness of the Regulations in public sector bodies. He works in the Information Policy team at The National Archives and advises widely on the practicalities of re-use. He is TNA’s expert on questions of public task.
