Luke is Project Delivery Manager at Tinder Foundation, a registered charity which supports digitally and socially excluded people to improve their lives through digital. Tinder Foundation is the organisation behind the UK Online Centre Network. He is currently facilitating the further development of Tinder Foundation’s library offer with the aim of establishing Tinder as a default national partner for libraries in delivering digital inclusion and addressing other social inequalities through digital.

New funding available to libraries to support businesses with digital skills
The DCMS Libraries team supports ministers, as they oversee and promote the improvement of local government's provision of public library services in England.
