Sarah Mears, Programme Manager, Libraries Connected
Sarah Mears is Library Service Manager for Essex Libraries. She is also a member of the Society of Chief Librarians Executive and leads on the Culture Offer. She was National Chair of the Association of Senior Children and Education Librarians from 2013 to 2016 and also chairs the Young People’s Library Survey Group for CIPFA.
